Brexit

Any orders made through Shopify to destinations in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland will not be fulfilled, even if Shopify indicates to you that payment is successful. Our fulfillment partners will not process any order tagged for that destination. The reason for this is as of 28 January 2021, we suspended deliveries to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland following changes in the trade agreement between the European Union and the United Kingdom signed on December 24th 2020, and brought into effect as of January 1st 2021. As a result of this change, the UK is no longer part of the EU's single market and customs union meaning new rules apply to parcels arriving to the UK from non-EU countries - in our case overseas sellers are now required to apply for a UK VAT ID from the HMRC. We only became properly aware of this because as of January 24th 2021, the United States Postal Service added a new mandatory field to its international shipping labels requiring such a VAT ID for parcel deliveries to the UK. We investigated this and discovered that applying for a VAT ID would be prohibitively expensive for Stellar Jockeys. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and we hope the situation will improve, but for the forseeable future this situation remains unchanged even in 2023. Stellar Jockeys will refund any UK bound orders as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns please contact team@stellarjockeys.com.

Russia & Ukraine

It is not possible to fulfill orders to either Russia or Ukraine due to international sanctions and the ongoing conflict. As with Brexit, any orders made to either country will not be fulfilled and will be refunded as soon as possible.

Coronavirus

Any store orders both domestic and international may face delays as a result of coronavirus. If you have concerns about the status of your order, contact us at team@stellarjockeys.com and be sure to mention your four-digit order number.

What is the Stellar Jockeys Store?

The Stellar Jockeys Store is an online storefront that sells physical merchandise and apparel and is powered by Shopify. You can read Shopify’s Privacy Policy by clicking here.

How are my orders processed?

Once you make a successful purchase through our store, your order is sent by Shopify to our fulfillment partners Quartermaster Logistics that will dispatch your order to the address you indicated at checkout. On the customer's end, they will first receive an automated confirmation email from Shopify, and a few days later another email from QML that contains the tracking number for their order. Domestic orders (orders to addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the United States) typically take seven business days to arrive.

Do you support international shipping?

Yes, although costs and delivery times will vary depending on donation. We will attempt to ship anywhere but there are some high risk shipping locations such as the Middle East or Brazil—we cannot guarantee shipments to these locations will arrive intact. For any international orders please include both your email and phone number with the order. In order to keep costs down, after international orders have been packed, they are then collected for what is called "group processing" so that all international orders go out in bulk to the distribution center. Unfortunately, there is no precise date for when the grouped international orders leave our fulfillment partners' warehouse. You will know when your international order has left the warehouse when you start to see movement on the provided tracking code. Once an international package has left the warehouse, the estimated delivery window is 11-21 business days (or two to four weeks). If you intend to order something from our store for a particular occasion or seasonal holidays, we recommend you order your items six weeks in advance.

What about shipping costs?

These can vary depending both on the destination of your delivery and the total weight of your order. Please note that certain territories are more costly than others. This cost is factored in when you make an order.

What about customs costs?

Depending on the destination, international territories may impose a customs fee on your package before releasing it to the recipient. Stellar Jockeys cannot factor this fee into your order. Where applicable, this fee varies according to a country's legislation as well as the total value of the package. Failure to pay the customs fee within a reasonable time period will typically result in the package being returned to Stellar Jockeys.

What payment methods are available?

Shopify supports the major credit cards, but it is possible that some other payment systems might not be supported in your territory.

We sell the Brigador ebook by Brad Buckmaster on our store as a downloadable pdf. You can find it here. You can also acquire an ebook version of Brad Buckmaster’s Brigador tie-in novel through Amazon.

The deluxe version of Brigador: Up-Armored Edition includes the audiobook. Options for buying the deluxe upgrade are available on our site. You can also acquire a version of the audiobook through Audible.

Where can I find the music?

Do you have any models of the in-game vehicles?

A 1/144 scale model of the Touro is available on our Discord server. If you have access to a 3D printer and wish to print it yourself, you can download the print file via the community Discord by joining here.

Why is a particular product no longer available?

We have a limited inventory of products, and if we are out of stock they will no longer be available for purchase until they are back in stock. We may also remove listed items at our discretion.
