1/144 Scale Mini — Loyalist Light Tanks
The War Council went bigger and heavier on armor until they built the Citadel, and then the Leviathan. Multi-crew maintenance nightmares, almost impossible to put on certain roads and bridges without something collapsing. What good were they, deep in the garbage choked back alleys of Solo Nobre?
Yet some of those same designers that put the Citadel into production also produced the BT33. Our beloved Betka. Antithesis to maximalist armor doctrines of the old guard, here was a light, fast, dependable tankette you could put anywhere a car could go. With a cerebral jack, you could do it with a single driver. The Betushka remains popular with tankers, and the countless tired Dave squads who've hitched a ride on its turret.
